By joining Orion’s Directory, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These ensure fairness, clarity, and support for all members of our community.
💫 Memberships
Each membership includes one listing.
A second listing may be added at half price (Standard £10 / Featured £15).
If you require more than two listings, please contact us for a tailored quote.
Listings are reviewed by our admin team before going live.
🌠 Payments & Renewals
All memberships are billed securely via our checkout system.
Payments may be monthly, six-monthly, or annually.
Your membership will renew automatically unless cancelled.
Introductory offers are valid for new members only and will automatically roll into the standard rate when the intro period ends.
🌟 Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account page.
Your listing will remain live until the end of your paid billing cycle.
If you cancel, no further payments will be taken after your current cycle ends.
✨ Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
No partial refunds are available for unused time once a billing cycle has started.
In exceptional circumstances (such as technical errors with billing), refunds may be considered at the discretion of Orion’s Directory.
💜 Featured Listings
Featured listings appear in priority placement, carry a 🌟 badge, and are highlighted across the Directory.
Featured spaces are limited each month and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If all spots are filled, you may request to join a waiting list.
🌌 Content Guidelines
Listings must accurately reflect your work, services, or products.
You are responsible for keeping your details, images, and contact information up to date.
Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content may be refused or removed.
🌠 Community & Fair Use
Orion’s Directory is designed to support visibility, collaboration, and community.
Please respect other members and refrain from any activity that undermines the community spirit.
💫 Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be shared via our website and email notice.
